9. Return & Refund Policy ( রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি )
- Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery or during receive the goods.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
- Some items (food, personal care, hygiene products) may be non-returnable.
• পণ্য ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে অথবা পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় গ্রাহকদের অবশ্যই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য সম্পর্কে রিপোর্ট করতে হবে।
• পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকলেই কেবল ফেরত গ্রহণ করা হবে।
• পরিদর্শনের পর ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে মূল অর্থপ্রদান পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে অর্থ ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
• কিছু পণ্য (খাদ্য, ব্যক্তিগত যত্ন, স্বাস্থ্যবিধি পণ্য) ফেরতযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।
